Who we are
MusicSeen is a Liverpool music discovery platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, optional display name and profile picture, and your role on the platform. We need these to operate your account.
- Activity — the artists, venues and promoters you follow, events you mark as attending, and profiles you claim. This powers your feed and personalised emails.
- Payments — if you buy a profile promotion, payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details, only the payment's status and amount.
- Emails — sign-in links and digests are delivered via Resend using your email address.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party advertising trackers, and we only use cookies that are strictly necessary for signing you in.
Your rights
You can update or delete your data at any time: edit your profile on the site, or contact us via the Support page to request export or deletion of your account.
